Save on shipping and collect your items locally. Pickups are secure, personal, and scheduled at your convenience, Saturdays / Sundays, 10a-7p in Spring.

Every order is appropriately packaged and shipped nationwide (USA). Typically, it will go out within 48 hours of purchase.

Are all items examined for damage?

Once your payment is confirmed, please send an email to coordinate a convenient pickup time at the North Spring location. You may also pay cash inside the office when you arrive. Saturday and Sunday, 10a-7p, by appt, are the standard pickup hours.

Yes, every collar, seam, and zipper is observed for missing or torn areas. Items are used (with flaws), gently-worn, and unworn in various conditions. Discounts are already made toward the current price.

A charge may be a flat-rate based on package weight. Exact rates are sometimes determined at checkout, and tracking may be included.

Due to the unique nature of pre-owned fashion, all sales are final. When available, detailed measurements can be requested by email to ensure a correct fit.
